Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds within 12 hours of the scheduled order pickup time. However, exceptions may be made for circumstances beyond your control, such as severe weather, base gate closures, or other unforeseen events. Refund requests made before this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you fail to pick up your order or do not communicate with us regarding a delay or change, you will be considered a no-show. Failure to pick up your order, without prior notice, will result in a permanent ban from placing future orders. We value your business, but consistent disregard for pickup agreements affects our ability to serve all customers efficiently.
